Dismiss the case, Dayton folks tell Supreme Court

DFL gubernatorial candidate also adds Marc Elias, who was Franken's 2008 attorney, to its bank of lawyers

Democrat Mark Dayton's attorneys said Republican Tom Emmer's effort to cull votes from the count is both " misguided and unjust."

Perhaps just as interesting to recount junkies: The Dayton campaign is asking for Marc Elias and Kevin Hamilton, of the Franken 2008 U.S. Senate recount team, to be allowed to argue in Minnesota in the Dayton recount.
