Let's just say businessman "A" had a hostile exchange with businessman "B." When "A's" partner had a staffer type an apology letter to "B," "A" followed up with a letter stating that he still wasn't apologizing, although he encouraged "B" to enjoy the enclosed bag of sugar. "B" is reportedly a diabetic.
