What: Campground for veterans of the Armed Forces and their families.
Where: On Big Marine Lake at 11300 N. 180th St. in May Township.
Expansion/donations: The camp is in the midst of a $1.2 million expansion. In addition to modest fees from camping veterans, the rest camp depends on donations to stay open.
