Hydrate is clearly the vocabulary word of the year at the sweat-a-thon otherwise known as the 2013 Minnesota State Fair. Setting aside the freebies at the Culligan booth (Cosgrove St. and Dan Patch Av.), the most cost-efficient choice for much-needed liquid replenishment is at Rice Kristie Bars (Carnes Av. between Nelson and Underwood Sts.), where a chilled 20-ounce bottle of water goes for just $1.50.
