S., Mpls., 612-338-0062, www.solera-restaurant.com), the bargain-basement strategy for getting acquainted with chef Jorge Guzman's cooking is to slip in during happy hour -- 5 to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday -- for a short list of $4 appetizers, including peppers stuffed with herbed goat cheese and a croquette of the day.
