FOOD DURING HAPPY HOUR(S) AT Kings Wine Bar (4555 Grand Av. S., Mpls., 612-354-7928, www.kingswinebar.com), the magic number is two: Two dollars off wines by the glass, tap beers and the kitchen's excellent fries (served with an equally good house-made ketchup) and Tater Tots (tailor-made for dunking in shallot-enriched crème fraîche). Available 3 to 6 p.m. daily and 10 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday.
