Dining Deal: Breakfast burrito at Tejas at fair

One of the great bargains at the Minnesota State Fair has a time peg. At Tejas Express (The Garden, Dan Patch Av. and Underwood St.), co-owners Wayne Kostroski and Mark Haugen serve up a terrific breakfast burrito -- a soft flour tortilla filled with freshly scrambled eggs, grated Cheddar, grilled green peppers and onions and a slow-burn roasted tomato salsa -- for $2.50, and that includes a free cup of coffee. But hurry in; it's available from 8 to 11 a.m.
