Details of the archdiocese's reorganization plan

The Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis reorganization plan calls for 21 parishes to be merged into 15 receiving parishes.

• Most Holy Trinity, St. Louis Park, merges with Our Lady of Grace, Edina.

• St. Andrew, St. Paul, merges with Maternity of the Blessed Virgin, St. Paul.

• St. Anthony of Padua merges with Holy Cross, St. Clement and St. Hedwig, all in Minneapolis; St. Anthony of Padua is the receiving parish. It will be called Holy Cross.

• St. Augustine, South St. Paul, merges with Holy Trinity, South St. Paul.

• St. Austin, Minneapolis, merges with St. Bridget, Minneapolis.

• St. Benedict, New Prague; St. John the Evangelist, Union Hill; St. Joseph, Lexington; St. Scholastica, Heidelberg; and St. Wenceslaus, New Prague, merge. St. Wenceslaus is receiving parish; St. John the Evangelist, St. Scholastica and St. Wenceslaus buildings remain open.

• St. Canice, Kilkenny, merges with Most Holy Redeemer, Montgomery.

• St. Columbkill, Belle Creek, merges with Holy Trinity, Goodhue and St. Mary, Bellechester. Holy Trinity is receiving parish.

• St. Francis de Sales, St. Paul, merges with St. James, St. Paul.

• St. John, St. Paul, merges with St. Pascal Baylon, St. Paul.

• St. John the Baptist, Hugo, merges with St. Genevieve, Centerville.

• St. Thomas, St. Thomas, merges with St. Anne LeSueur.

• St. Thomas the Apostle, St. Paul, merges with Blessed Sacrament, St. Paul.

• St. Vincent de Paul, St. Paul, merges with Cathedral of St. Paul.

• Visitation, Minneapolis, merges with Annunciation, Minneapolis.
