Designer handbags and men's leather jackets 70-80% off

Opitz Outlet's latest sale, which includes 80% off designer handbags, includes Burberry, Fendi and Coach

August 18, 2010 at 8:13PM

Today is the first day of Opitz Outlet's latest sale, which includes handbags with slight flaws at 80 percent off. The bags from Burberry, Fendi, Moschino, Tori Burch and Coach might have a small tear in the lining, a dirt spot on the outside or a broken piece of hardware. Prices after the discounts range from $30 to $75, regularly $150 to $800. They can be found in the Annex (4300 Excelsior Blvd., Excelsior, 952-922-2435).

Pay only slightly more (70 percent discount instead of 80) at the main Opitz store next door on handbags from the same designers. BTW, Burberry, Fendi, Moschino and Tori Burch all have a limit of one purchase, Coach has a limit of two and all other brands have a limit of three. The sale started with about 500 designer bags.

Also in the main store are men's leather jackets (about 200) discounted 70 percent. Original retail prices range from $250 to $600 from Kenneth Cole, Tasso Elba (Macy's), Perry Ellis, DKNY and Hilfiger.

The store is putting out new additions daily.

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
