A winter storm snarled travel along the East Coast on Wednesday, with flight cancellations piling up like snowdrifts, especially at Newark, N.J.; Philadelphia, and New York's LaGuardia Airport.
At Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, however, most flights were departing on time.
