Drivers were encountering delays on Interstate 94 between the Radio and Woodbury drive exits in Woodbury Friday night, according to Minnesota Department of Transportation and scanner reports.
At 8:21 p.m., an 8-minute delay was reported in eastbound lanes, and by 8: 43 p.m. a 21-minute delay in the westbound lanes was reported due to what MnDOT called a "traffic incident."
Scanner reports indicate that it could be due to police activity, with officers talking to a would-be jumper.
By 8:50 p.m., traffic was reportedly moving more smoothly.
