The deaths of two Minnesota deer hunters in separate incidents are under investigation.

Terrence Brisk, 41, of Little Falls, was found dead in the woods east of Little Falls Monday night, according to Morrison County Sheriff Shawn Larsen.

Investigators believe Brisk was shot between 2:15 and 4:30 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Hawthorne Road and Jewel Road in Belle Prairie Township. The Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office on Wednesday determined that Brisk died of blood loss due to a gunshot wound.

Investigators are asking anyone with information about the shooting to call them at 320-632-9233.

And a 73-year-old Cloquet man whose name has not been released was found dead of a gunshot wound Monday morning in his deer stand, according to Carlton County Sheriff Kelly Lake.

Authorities are investigating both deaths.
