Wayne Frost, 44, a hip-hop pioneer known as "Frosty Freeze" whose performance with the Rock Steady Crew set off a break-dancing craze, died Thursday in New York.

Milton Ebbins, 96, a show-business manager who was a liaison between Hollywood and the Kennedy White House, died March 4 of a heart ailment in Woodland Hills, Calif.
