Democratic Governor-elect Mark Dayton is headed to DC Wednesday and has planned meetings with members of the Minnesota delegation, including a likely sit-down with Republican U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann. Oh, to be a fly on the wall for that meeting.
Dayton will also raise some cash during a fundraiser hosted by Democratic senators.
