DANCING THE DANCE

Tanith Belbin and Ben Agosto hope to become the fifth U.S. ice dancing team to win five national championships when they begin competition Wednesday at Xcel Energy Center. The teams who have completed the feat:

Naomi Lang/Peter Tchernyshev (1999-2003)

Elizabeth Punsalan/Jerrod Swallow (1991, 1994, 1996-98)

Judy Blumberg/Michael Seibert (1981-85)
