The seven deadly sins provide the premise for Fringe veteran Erin Sheppard's latest crowd-pleaser, which debuted at the Twin Cities Horror Festival last fall. Punctuated by a series of monologues performed by the self-deprecating Rita Boersma — who mines her Catholic upbringing with hilarious and poignant results — the dances explore through hip-hop the sins of lust, murder, envy, etc. The flashy moves and acrobatic break-dancing deliver some pretty hefty storytelling, including one dance that takes place at the gates of hell, where a monster awaits. (7 p.m. Wed., 5:30 p.m. Fri., 4 p.m. Sat., Ritz Proscenium, 345 13th Av. NE., Mpls.)
