Theft. Four semi tractor tires were reported stolen on the 3600 block of Kennebec Drive. A possible suspect was seen on surveillance video driving a dark-colored Dodge Extended Cab pickup.

Found property. An ammunition clip with eight .45-caliber rounds was found at Caribou Coffee, 2149 Cliff Road
