Obstructing the legal process. An adult was arrested for taking liability for crimes by another person, fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and possession of an open bottle on the 7200 block of Lower 127th Street W.

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI near the intersection of W. 152nd Street and Galaxie Avenue.

JAN. 11

Drug activity. An adult was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, giving false information to police and no proof of insurance or title certificate near the intersection of W. 142nd Street and Heritage Court.

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, possession of a controlled substance and driving with a revoked license on the 15100 block of Cedar Avenue.

JAN. 8

Drug activity. A 31-year-old Eagan man was arrested for drug paraphernalia near the intersection of Cliff Road and Slater Road.

Theft. A 27-year-old Minneapolis man and a 27-year-old Brooklyn Park man were arrested for shoplifting at SuperTarget, 810 County Road 42 W.

Obstructing the legal process. A 29-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for giving false information to police on Hwy. 13 E.

Theft. A 41-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for theft on Hwy. 13 E.

Drug activity. A 52-year-old River Falls, Wis., man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia near the intersection of Burnsville Parkway W. and I-35W.

DWI. A 34-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for DWI, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and no insurance near the intersection of Burnsville Parkway E. and Parkwood Drive.

Theft. A 23-year-old St. Paul man and a 19-year-old Windom, Minn., woman were arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 12200 River Ridge Blvd.

Prostitution. A 53-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for loitering with intent to participate in prostitution and a 27-year-old South St. Paul woman was arrested for massage without a license on Burnsville Parkway W.

DWI. A 23-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI, possession of drug paraphernalia and no proof of insurance after a traffic stop for failure to stop for an accident on the 1200 block of County Road 42 W.

DWI. A 20-year-old Savage man was arrested for DWI on the 13100 block of Judicial Road.

Order for protection violation. A 20-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for violating an order for protection.

Theft. An enclosed trailer, valued at $2,700, was reported stolen on the 1300 block of High Site Drive.

Domestic assault. A woman was arrested for domestic assault and criminal property damage on Lexington Avenue.
