Drug activity. An adult was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after being stopped for parking in a prohibited place on the 200 block of Ridgeview Drive.

Traffic violation. An adult was arrested for expired vehicle registration and attempted to escape the motor vehicle tax near the intersection of W. 153rd Street and Cedar Avenue.

Public urination. An adult was arrested for public urination on the 14900 block of Garrett Avenue.

Traffic violations. An adult was arrested after being involved in a hit-and-run accident with an occupied motor vehicle near the intersection of W. 150th Street and Garrett Avenue.

Theft. A Burnsville woman, 22, and a West St. Paul woman, 19, were arrested for shoplifting at Sears, 14250 Buck Hill Road.

Theft. A St. Paul woman, 45, was arrested for theft by swindle on the 14200 Plymouth Avenue.

Traffic violations. A Bloomington man, 42, was arrested for reckless driving, driving with a revoked license and fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle after running a stop sign.

Traffic violations. A Hopkins man, 23, was arrested for driving with a revoked license and having no driver's license.

DWI. A Minneapolis man, 25, was arrested for DWI.

Disorderly conduct. A Burnsville man, 23, was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstructing the legal process and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Criminal property damage. The tires were slashed on a motor vehicle, allegedly by a formerly employee at Master Coating Technologies, 2777 Eagandale Blvd. The suspect texted another employee stating that he slashed the tires, police said.

Theft from motor vehicle. A window was smashed and a purse was stolen from a motor vehicle at the Eagan Community Center, 1501 Central Parkway.

Theft. A man was arrested for the theft of a plate compactor and several heavy duty extension cords from a construction site near the intersection of Lone Oak Circle and Neil Armstrong Boulevard.

Burglary. A television, activity walker and Big Hugs Elmo were reported stolen from apartments on the 1428 Skyline Road.

Theft. A box of Omaha Steaks was reported stolen from a front porch after FedEx tracking confirmed that they were delivered on the 4300 block of Braddock Trail.

Burglary. Three tool boxes of Black & Decker and Husky tools were reported stolen from a storage unit at the Royal Oaks Apartments, 3513 Federal Drive.
