Theft. A 45-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for shoplifting at Kmart, 14230 Burnhaven Drive.

OCT. 17

DWI. A 33-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for failing to yield the right of way near the intersection of Burnhaven Drive and Crystal Lake Road W.

Obstructing the legal process. A 40-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for providing false identification to police on the 13000 Aldrich Avenue S.

Theft. A 41-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for shoplifting at Cub Foods, 1750 County Road 42 W.

Drug activity. A 24-year-old Robbinsdale man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in a motor vehicle and a 24-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for giving false information to police and a seat belt violation on the 2500 block of Horizon Drive.

Obstructing the legal process. A 27-year-old Madison, Wis., man was arrested for obstructing the legal process and criminal property damage on the 14200 block of Irving Avenue S.

DWI. A 40-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI and driving without a valid license near the intersection of County Road 5 and McAndrews Road W.

DWI. A 45-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI and driving with a revoked license after a traffic stop for a motor vehicle registration violation.

Order for protection violation. A 26-year-old Roseville man was arrested for violating an order for protection on the 12900 block of Aldrich Avenue S.

Theft. A man was arrested for theft and cited for trespassing at Kohl's, 1350 Town Centre Drive.

Theft from motor vehicle. A stereo, GPS unit and other items were reported stolen from a motor vehicle at BP, 4205 Nicols Road.

Theft. An enclosed utility trailer was reported stolen from KFC, 1287 Town Centre Drive.

Theft from motor vehicle. The back passenger window was broken and a briefcase and a Dell laptop computer were reported stolen on the 3800 block of Bridgewater Drive.

Theft from motor vehicle. A bass drum, two car TVs, five cymbals and two stands were reported stolen from a locked motor vehicle at the Eagan Garden Apartments, 4130 Rahn Road.
