Drug activity. A 29-year-old Baton Rouge, La., man was arrested for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, obstructing the legal process, driving without a valid license and having no proof of insurance after a traffic stop for failure to signal a turn.

Weapons violation. A 23-year-old Dallas man was arrested for possession of a firearm by an illegal alien and providing false information, and a 31-year-old man, a 23-year-old Burnsville man and a 24-year-old Dallas man were arrested for providing false information.

Fraud. A 32-year-old man was arrested for check forgery and possessing a fake driver's license at TCF Bank, 1940 Cliff Lake Road.

Theft from motor vehicle. A Dell laptop computer valued at $1,000 was reported stolen from a motor vehicle on the 3100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

Theft from motor vehicle. A backpack containing a Hewlett-Packard laptop computer and a paycheck were reported stolen from a motor vehicle on the 4000 block of Camberwell Drive N. The passenger window was broken to gain entry.

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI after being involved in a traffic accident near the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Lone Oak Road.
