Drug activity. An adult was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, driving without a driver's license and having no insurance near the intersection of Galaxie Avenue and McAndrew Road.

Drug activity. An 18-year-old Eagan man and a 17-year-old Eagan boy were arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia near the intersection of Akron Avenue and Bonaire Path E.

Burglary. A 23-year-old St. Michael man and a 28-year-old Ramsey man were arrested for burglary near the intersection of E. 141st Street and Addison Avenue.
