Weapons violation. An adult was arrested for use of fireworks on the 15500 block of Eagle Ridge Road.

Drug activity. An adult was arrested for possession of heroin on the 14500 block of Evergreen Trail.

Burglary. A 20-year-old man was arrested for burglary on the 14000 block of Plymouth Avenue.

Disorderly conduct. A 48-year-old Nisswa, Minn., man was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 13000 block of Aldrich Avenue S.

Obstructing the legal process. A 23-year-old Owatonna man was arrested for giving false information to police on the 2500 block of Williams Drive.
Assault. A 26-year-old Eagan man was arrested for assault, disorderly conduct and criminal property damage on the 900 block of Burnsville Parkway W.

DWI. A 24-year-old Brooklyn Center man was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a revoked license after a traffic stop for speeding and failure to drive in the correct lane near the intersection of W. Hwy. 13 and I-35W.
Invasion of privacy. A 32-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for invasion of privacy and driving with a revoked license.
Theft. A 19-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for shoplifting at Target, 810 County Road 42 W.
Prostitution. A 56-year-old Eagan man and a 26-year-old South St. Paul woman were arrested for soliciting and engaging in prostitution.
Order for protection violation. A 43-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for violating an order for protection on the 100 block of Chancellor Manor.

DWI. A 45-year-old Ravenna, Mich., man was arrested for DWI.
Fraud. A 41-year-old Brooklyn Park man was arrested for identity theft on the 900 block of County Road 42 W.
Domestic assault. A 22-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for domestic assault and criminal property damage on the 100 block of Ridge Road.
Drug activity. A 25-year-old Spring Valley, Wis., man was arrested for possession of marijuana near the intersection of W. Hwy. 13 and I-35W.
SEPT. 15
Robbery. A 19-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for robbery and underage alcohol consumption at Target, 810 County Road 42 W.
Assault. A 19-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for assault and a 20-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for assault and giving false information to police on the 100 block of Horizon Heights.

SEPT. 11
Theft from motor vehicle. A man was arrested for theft from a motor vehicle and motor vehicle tampering on the 4000 block of Pilot Knob Road.
SEPT. 12
Criminal property damage. An unidentified car smashed through the front gate at Gertens, 805 Yankee Doodle Road. Parts left behind appear to have been from a Nissan.
Fraud. A woman was arrested for check fraud, identity theft and driving with a revoked license at Cub Foods, 1940 Cliff Lake Road.

Warrant service. A man was arrested on a Dakota County warrant after a traffic stop near the intersection of Duckwood Drive and Pilot Knob Road.

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Johnny Cake Ridge Road and Oakbrooke Terrace. The man's blood alcohol content was 0.21 percent, police said.
Warrant service. A 44-year-old Eagan woman was arrested on a Dakota County warrant after a traffic stop near the intersection of Coachman Road and Yankee Doodle Road.
SEPT. 19
Motor vehicle theft. A Mazda 3 was reported stolen from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, 1340 Duckwood Drive, after the person renting the car failed to return it.
Theft from motor vehicle. A catalytic converter was reported stolen from a Toyota Highlander on the 900 block of Lone Oak Road.
Burglary. An unknown amount of jewelry was reported stolen during a forced-entry burglary on the 600 block of Hawthorne Woods Drive.
SEPT. 20
DWI. An adult woman was arrested for DWI at Holiday, 4595 Nicols Road.
Theft from motor vehicle. Two toolboxes and a channel lock tool set valued at $300 were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 800 block of Westcott Square.
Theft from motor vehicle. Three checks were reported stolen from a vehicle at the Microtel Inn, 3000 Denmark Av. Two of the three checks were cashed for $4,800 each.
Theft. Three women were arrested for theft. The women had stolen property identified from Pier 1, Michaels and Old Navy, police said.
SEPT. 23
Burglary. Jewelry, iPads, laptop computers and money were reported stolen during a forced-entry burglary on the 3500 block of Birchpond Road.
Burglary. A man was arrested for burglary, domestic assault and criminal property damage on the 4500 block of Slater Road.

SEPT. 15
Burglary. An adult was arrested for burglary on the 20000 block of Akin Road.
Order for protection violation. An adult was arrested for violating an order for protection near the intersection of W. 220th Street and Westdel Road.

SEPT. 16
DWI. A 26-year-old Lakeville man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of W. 160th Street and Chippendale Avenue.
Peddler's ordinance violation. Two 19-year-old Eden Prairie men were arrested for violating a peddlers/transient merchants ordinance near the intersection of W. 153rd Street and Shannon Parkway.
Underage alcohol consumption. Two Lakeville boys, age 16 and 17, were arrested for underage alcohol consumption on the 14600 block of Cimarron Avenue W.
SEPT. 22
Domestic assault. A 14-year-old Rosemount boy was arrested for domestic assault on the 3300 block of Upper 147th Street W.
