Theft. A 24-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for shoplifting at Cub Foods, 1750 County Road 42 W.
DWI. A 21-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for DWI, possession of an open bottle and driver's license instruction permit violations after a traffic stop for not keeping to the right of roadway.

DWI. A 19-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI, and an 18-year-old Hopkins woman and an 18-year-old Minnetonka woman were arrested for underage alcohol consumption near the intersection of Burnsville Parkway W. and Interstate 35W.

DWI. A 23-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI and possession of an open bottle in a car.
Assault. A 23-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon, domestic assault, disorderly conduct, obstructing the legal process and interfering with a 911 call on the 1300 block of W. 158th Street.

DWI. A 21-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI and driving without a valid driver's license near the intersection of County Road 11 and McAndrews Road E.

DWI. A 38-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test after a traffic stop for failing to obey a traffic control device.
Theft. A 23-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for receiving stolen property and possession of a firearm by a convicted or adjudicated delinquent on the 2500 block of Horizon Drive.
Assault. A 23-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon near the intersection of 117th Street and Millpond Avenue.

Order for protection violation. A 24-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for violating an order for protection on the 900 block of Evergreen Drive.

DWI. A 56-year-old Lakeville man was arrested for DWI on the 900 block of County Road 42 W.
Drug activity. A 31-year-old Halethorpe, Md., man was arrested for possession marijuana and fleeing a police officer on the 13000 block of Aldrich Avenue S.

Assault. A 25-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for assaulting a police officer on the 12700 block of Greenwood Drive.

DWI. A 27-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of McAndrews Road E. and Portland Avenue S.
DWI. A 21-year-old Eagan man was arrested for DWI and Burnsville Parkway W. and Irving Avenue S.
Traffic violations. A 35-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance and illegal transportation of a firearm in a motor vehicle near the intersection of E. Hwy. 13 and Nicollet Avenue S.

Theft. A 31-year-old Farmington man was arrested for simple robbery, receiving stolen property, assault, DWI, refusing to submit to a chemical test and driving with a canceled license on the 2500 block of Horizon Drive.
DWI. A 46-year-old Apple Valley woman was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Horizon Drive and Hwy. 13.

Theft. A wedding band, $200 in cash and $200 in Target gift cards were reported stolen on the 1200 block of Tamarac Point.
AUG. 15
Fraud. An adult man was arrested for check forgery on the 1900 block of Cliff Lake Road.
AUG. 16
Theft. Tools were reported stolen from a construction trailer on the 1700 block of Skater Circle.
Drug activity. An adult female was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, providing false information to police and on two warrants on the 1900 block of Silver Bell Road.
DWI. A man was arrested for DWI following a traffic stop near the intersection of Duckwood Drive and Lexington Avenue.

Theft. Computer tablets valued at $5,000 were reported stolen at Wal-Mart, 1360 Town Centre Drive.

Theft. A dolly valued at $2,500 was reported stolen from Town Centre Self Storage, 3495 Denmark Av.
Theft from vehicle. Tools valued at $600 were reported stolen from a work truck on the 4600 block of Beacon Hill Road.
Burglary. An empty rifle case, a green ammo can and a gas can were reported stolen from a vehicle parked inside a garage on the 2000 block of Pin Oak Drive.

Property damage accident. An adult was arrested for being involved in a hit-and-run accident with property damage with an occupied motor vehicle near the 17500 block of Gillette Way.

Drug activity. A 16-year-old Hastings girl was arrested for possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia, a 16-year-old Rosemount boy was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, and a 15-year-old Hastings girl, a 16-year-old Hastings boy and a 16-year-old Rosemount girl were arrested for curfew violations on the 15600 block of Cornell Trail W.
