JULY 31

Theft. An 18-year-old Lakeville woman was arrested for theft on the 14200 block of Burnhaven Drive.

AUGUST 1

Traffic violations. A 44-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for driving with a canceled license, expired registration and no proof of insurance near the intersection of McAndrews Road and Wentworth Avenue S.

Fraud. A 24-year-old Brooklyn Park woman was arrested for forgery and possession of counterfeit checks at Cub Foods, 1750 County Road 42 W.

Obstructing the legal process. A 26-year-old Rosemount woman was arrested for giving false information to police and being in a park after hours on the 1100 block of Crystal Lake Road E.

Theft. A 33-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for theft at Burnsville Center, 14250 Buck Hill Road.

Assault. A 30-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for assault, theft and disorderly conduct on the 1700 block of County Road 42 W.

Disorderly conduct. A 64-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for disorderly conduct, criminal property damage and indecent exposure on the 2500 block of Williams Drive.

AUGUST 3

DWI. A 55-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for DWI and a driver's license violation.

Fugitive from justice. A 25-year-old Brownsville, Texas, man was arrested as a fugitive from justice from another state on the 900 block of County Road 42 W.

AUGUST 5

DWI. A 29-year-old Beloit, Wis., woman was arrested for DWI.

AUGUST 6

Theft. An 18-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for theft.

AUGUST 7

Theft. Tools valued at $3,000 were reported stolen from a locked storage shed at JL Schwieters, 3971 Cedar Grove Lane.

Criminal property damage. Four tires were slashed and the vehicle was keyed at Cedarvale Highlands, 3916 Cedar Grove Parkway.

AUGUST 9

Theft from motor vehicle. A 9mm handgun, car stereo, amp, subwoofer set and pair of tennis shoes were reported stolen from a vehicle at the Eagan Garden Apartments, 4110 Rahn Road.

Assault. A man was arrested for assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest and refusing to submit to a chemical test after a traffic stop for careless driving near the intersection of Cedar Avenue and Highway 13.

AUGUST 12

Theft. Ladders were reported stolen from a construction site on the 3900 block of Cedar Grove Lane.

Criminal property damage. An adult was arrested for criminal property damage near the intersection of W. 167th Street and Pilot Knob Road.

Theft. An adult was arrested for shoplifting on the 18300 block of Kenrick Avenue.

Theft. An adult was arrested for shoplifting on the 17000 block of Kenrick Avenue.

Trespassing. A juvenile was arrested for trespassing on school property on the 19400 block of Kenwood Trail.

Drug activity. An adult was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia on the 7700 block of Upper 167th Street W.

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Ismay Court and Ismay Path.

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI near the intersection of W. 202nd Street and Iberia Avenue.

Theft. An adult was arrested for shoplifting on the 17000 block of Kenrick Avenue.

Obstructing the legal process. A 13-year-old Rosemount boy was arrested for fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle near the intersection of Delft Avenue W. and Dodd Boulevard.

Assault. A 21-year-old Rosemount woman was arrested for assault and willfull disobedience of a court mandate on the 2700 block of Upper 138th Street W.
