Theft. An adult was arrested for shoplifting items valued at more than $1,000 near the intersection of W. 140th Street and Johnny Cake Ridge Road.

Drug activity. A 24-year-old Longview, Texas, man was arrested for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, driving without a valid license and having no proof of insurance after a traffic stop for unlawful change of course on the 12800 block of Frontage Road W.
Drug activity. A 23-year-old Savage man and 19-year-old Burnsville woman were arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia on the 14300 block of Nicollet Court.
Theft. A 41-year-old Brooklyn Park man was arrested for shoplifting at Super Target, 810 County Road 42 W.
Traffic violations. A 31-year-old Hastings woman was arrested for driving with a canceled license and having no insurance near the intersection of Buck Hill Road and Country Road 42 W.
JULY 11
DWI. A 19-year-old Elko man was arrested for DWI on the 15200 block of Greenhaven Way.
Burglary. A 27-year-old man, a 33-year-old Pittsburgh man and a 27-year-old Lincoln, Neb., man were arrested for burglary and receiving stolen property, and an 18-year-old Concordia, Mo., man was arrested for receiving stolen property, on the 14300 block of Nicollet Court.
Traffic violations. A 45-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for driving with a suspended license and having no insurance near the intersection of Burnsville Parkway W. and I-35W.

Theft. A 46-year-old Minneapolis man and a 32-year-old Minneapolis woman were arrested for theft, and a 29-year-old Minneapolis was arrested for theft and fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, at Kohl's, 13900 Aldrich Av. S.

Assault. A 20-year-old Maplewood woman was arrested for assault and theft at Sears, 14250 Buck Hill Road.
JULY 15
Theft. A 32-year-old Ramsey man was arrested for shoplifting at Sears, 14250 Buck Hill Road.

JULY 18
Fraud. A 19-year-old man was arrested for offering a forged check at Wings Financial, 3240 Denmark Av.
Theft from vehicle. Miscellaneous paperwork, $20 worth of coins, an engine performance unit, a Craftsman five-gallon air tank and a toolbox were reported stolen from a vehicle at Kennedy Transmission, 3400 Denmark Av.
Motor vehicle theft. A 1997 Honda Civic was reportedly stolen from the parking lot of Italian Pie Shoppe & Winery, 1438 Yankee Doodle Road.
JULY 19
Theft. The coin box of an air service vacuum was broken into and about $400 worth of coins were reported stolen at BP, 1424 Yankee Doodle Road.
Motor vehicle theft. A blue Qlink Moped was reported stolen from an open garage on the 1500 block of Deerwood Bend.
JULY 20
Motor vehicle theft. A hotel van was reported stolen from the Country Inn Suites, 3035 Holiday Lane, while hotel personnel were getting ready to take guests to the airport.

Theft. A six-gallon Suzuki gas tank was reported stolen from a boat on the 4500 block of Lenore Lane.
JULY 22
Motor vehicle theft. A white 1997 Saturn was reported stolen on the 1600 block of Oakbrooke Drive.
JULY 23
Theft. Plumbing fixtures were reported stolen from Livingston Holdings, 4555 Erin Drive.

Disorderly conduct. An adult was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 900 block of 2nd Street.

A 19-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of marijuana and underage alcohol consumption, a 19-year-old West St. Paul man was arrested for underage alcohol consumption, and a 21-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of marijuana and having an open bottle in a motor vehicle, near the intersection of W. 10th Street and Eddy Street.
