Obstructing the legal process. An adult was arrested on possession of marijuana and failure to vacate the area after police gave orders to do so in the 7600 block of Whitney Drive.

DWI. An adult was arrested on DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and having an open bottle in a motor vehicle near W. 150th Street and Pilot Knob Road.

Criminal property damage. A 27-year-old Eagan man was arrested on property damage in the 12700 block of Nicollet Avenue S.

Drug activity. A 23-year-old Shakopee man was arrested on possession of marijuana in the 15100 block of Greenhaven Drive.

Theft. A 31-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested on theft in the 800 block of County Road 42 W.

Theft. A 30-year-old Brooklyn Center man was arrested on theft in the 900 block of County Road 42 W.

Underage alcohol consumption. A 20-year-old Burnsville man was arrested on underage alcohol consumption in the 14200 block of Grand Avenue S.

Order for protection violation. A 38-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested on an order for protection violation in the 2700 block of Sunset Lane.

Traffic violations. A 26-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested on a motor vehicle registration violation and having no proof of insurance.

Theft. Construction materials valued at $950 were reported stolen after a cable gate was cut in the 800 block of Aldrin Drive.

DWI. A man was arrested on DWI at SuperAmerica, 1406 Yankee Doodle Road. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.20 percent, police said.

Theft. Fourteen boxes of Crest Whitestrips valued at $445 were reported stolen from Walgreens, 1274 Town Centre Drive.

Assault. An adult woman was arrested on assault for allegedly using a large knife to keep her daughter and her boyfriend from leaving the house in the 2000 block of Vienna Lane.

Theft. An adult woman was arrested on theft and possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia at Kohl's, 1350 Town Centre Drive.

MAY 20

Theft. Crest Whitestrips valued at $794.20 were reported stolen from Walgreens, 2010 Cliff Road. The suspect has stolen Whitestrips at Walgreens stores in the Eagan area.

Theft. A white Apple iPhone valued at $630 was stolen from T-Mobile, 3450 Pilot Knob Road.

FARMINGTON

Underage alcohol consumption. A juvenile was arrested on underage alcohol consumption in the 19200 block of English Avenue.

Disorderly conduct. A juvenile was arrested on disorderly conduct in the 19800 block of Evensong Court.

Disorderly conduct. A 16-year-old Apple Valley boy and 16-year-old Inver Grove Heights boy were arrested on disorderly conduct and criminal property damage at Rosemount High School, 3335 W. 142nd St.

DWI. A 35-year-old Inver Grove Heights man was arrested on DWI and fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and a 38-year-old Rosemount man was arrested on obstructing the legal process near Bonaire Path W. and Brockway Avenue.

DWI. A 20-year-old Rosemount man was arrested on DWI near Connemara Trail and Robert Trail S.

DWI. A 39-year-old Rosemount woman was arrested on DWI and having an open bottle near W. 148th Street and Charleston Avenue.

Disorderly conduct. Two Rosemount boys, ages 16 and 15, were arrested on disorderly conduct at Rosemount High School, 3335 W. 142nd St.

Drug activity. A 21-year-old Rosemount man was arrested on possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and a 19-year-old Rosemount man was arrested on possession of drug paraphernalia near W. 144th Street and Cobbler Avenue.
