Assault. An adult was arrested for assault on the 14300 block of Garland Avenue.

APRIL 27

Kidnapping. An adult was arrested for false imprisonment on the 7100 block of W. 147th Street.

Drug activity. An adult was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia on the 15300 Cedar Avenue.

BURNSVILLE

Drug activity. A 25-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop for an obscured license plate on the 12500 block of Portland Avenue S.

Theft. A 21-year-old Blaine woman and a 22-year-old Andover man were arrested for receiving stolen property and financial transaction card fraud.

Theft. A 26-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for theft on the 13700 block of County Road 11.

Drug activity. A 20-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and underage alcohol consumption on the 12500 block of Portland Avenue S.

Fraud. A 21-year-old Hugo man was arrested for forgery and drug paraphernalia on the 100 block of Burnsville Parkway W.

Theft. A 39-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for theft on the 2700 block of W. Hwy. 13.

Theft. A 20-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for theft on the 900 block of County Road 42.

Drug activity. A 30-year-old Maplewood man was arrested for possession of controlled substances by fraud or deceit on the 300 block of Nicollet Boulevard E.

DWI. A 29-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI.

Drug activity. A 35-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for possession of 25 grams or more of narcotics.

MAY 3

Theft from vehicle. A window was broken and a laptop computer, identification and credit cards were stolen from a vehicle at the Eagan Community Center, 1501 Central Parkway.

Theft from vehicle. Three tires and rims were reported stolen from a vehicle at the Foxridge Estates, 3359 Coachman Road.

Terroristic threats. A man was arrested for making terroristic threats after threatening to kill his girlfriend who was attempting to break up with him and then showing up at her apartment on the 4900 block of Safari Pass.

Theft. A Bobcat sweeper and Bobcat forks were reported stolen from Steininger Construction, 829 Aldrin Drive.

Theft. A man was arrested for shoplifting at Target, 2000 Cliff Lake Road.

Trespassing. An adult was arrested for trespassing on the 20500 Erin Court.

APRIL 30

Traffic violations. An adult was arrested for unlawful passing near the intersection of W. 195th Street and Flagstaff Avenue.

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI on the 100 block of Elm Street.

DWI. A 43-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test on the 14600 block of Robert Trail S.

Theft. A 19-year-old Anoka man was arrested for theft and a 19-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for aiding and abetting a crime on the 14500 block of Shannon Parkway.

Obstructing the legal process. A 30-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for fleeing a police officer near the intersection of Shannon Parkway and W. 153rd Street.

Disorderly conduct. A 50-year-old Rosemount woman was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 14900 block of Damask Avenue.

DWI. A 32-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for DWI near W. 150th Street and Business Parkway.

Drug activity. A 17-year-old Inver Grove Heights girl was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and a driver's license violation on the 1600 block of Upper 55th Street E.

DWI. A 21-year-old Eagan man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Courthouse Boulevard and Pine Bend Trail.
