Criminal sexual conduct. A 22-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for criminal sexual conduct and domestic assault.

JAN. 23

DWI. A 23-year-old Apple Valley woman was arrested for DWI and refusing to submit to a chemical test.

Traffic violations. An 18-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for passing a stopped school bus and texting while driving.

Criminal sexual conduct. A 27-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for criminal sexual conduct.

JAN. 23

DWI. A 64-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for DWI, refusing to submit to a chemical test and careless driving.

Child pornography. A 20-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for distributing child pornography via the Internet or computer.

DWI. A 25-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Assault. A 43-year-old Hastings woman was arrested for assaulting the same victim within 10 years of a prior conviction.

Drug activity. A 20-year-old Hastings man was arrested for selling 10 grams or more of narcotics.

Assault. An 18-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for assaulting a probation officer and a parole violation.

DWI. A 43-year-old South St. Paul man was arrested for DWI and fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle.

DWI. A 27-year-old Hastings man was arrested for DWI and criminal vehicular operation by leaving the scene of an accident he caused.

DWI. A 54-year-old Cottage Grove man was arrested for DWI, possession of more than 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle and a traffic violation.

Criminal sexual conduct. A 49-year-old Inver Grove Heights man was arrested for criminal sexual conduct.

Burglary. A 33-year-old Inver Grove Heights man was arrested for burglary.

Arson. A 22-year-old Hastings man was arrested for committing arson that resulted in damage valued at more than $1,000.
