APPLE VALLEy

SEPT. 16

Pornography. A 22-year-old Farmington man was arrested on several counts of possession of pornographic images.

Weapons violation. A 56-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for discharging a dangerous weapon in a municipality.

Fraud. A 20-year-old woman with no permanent address was arrested for possessing counterfeit currency and giving a peace officer a false name.

SEPT. 17

Robbery. An 18-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for robbery.

BURNSviLLE

SEPT. 19

Drug activity. A 48-year-old homeless woman was arrested for check forgery and sale of 3 grams or more of narcotics.

SEPT. 20

Drug activity. A 43-year-old Maplewood woman was arrested for possession of 500 grams or 500 doses or more of hallucinogenic drugs, possession of marijuana and receiving stolen property.

Parole violation. A 27-year-old man with no permanent address was arrested for a parole violation and for being a fugitive from justice from another state.

EAGAN

SEPT. 16

Burglary. Two men pried open the front door and damaged an interior office door at Sarpino's, 1565 Cliff Road. They also stole $7 in change from the cash drawer.

SEPT. 19

Theft. An 18-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for theft and receiving stolen property.

Drug activity. A 34-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of 6 grams or more of narcotics.

Pornography. A 23-year-old Eagan man was arrested on several counts of possessing pornographic materials.

SEPT. 20

Theft from vehicles. Two vehicles had their windows smashed at the Blackhawk Park and Ride, Blackhawk Road and Cliff Road. Two garage door openers, a set of keys and a vehicle owner's manual were taken from the two vehicles.

Burglary. An Xbox 360, an iPod Touch and speakers were reported stolen from a residence in the 1200 block of Duckwood Trail. There was no sign of forced entry.

Assault. An arrest was made for an assault in the 300 block of Elm Street.

SEPT. 19

Child endangerment. A 35-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested for child endangerment.

INVER GROVE HEIGHTS

SEPT. 15

Assault. An Inver Grove Heights woman, 35, was arrested for domestic assault, assault with a dangerous weapon, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct.

SEPT. 16

Criminal sexual conduct. An 18-year-old Inver Grove Heights man was arrested for criminal sexual conduct.

SEPT. 18

Burglary. A 48-year-old Anoka man was arrested for burglary, aggravated robbery, assault and harassment.

SEPT. 19

Criminal sexual conduct. A 43-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested on two counts of criminal sexual conduct.

MENDOTA HEIGHTS

Fraud. An 18-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for aggravated forgery.

ROSEMOUNT

SEPT. 16

Drug activity. A 42-year-old Rosemount woman was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, having an open bottle in a motor vehicle and contempt of court.

SOUTH ST. PAUL

SEPT. 11

Indecency. A resident of the 100 block of E. Poplar Street was cited for disorderly conduct and indecent exposure after allegedly urinating on his neighbor's house as the neighbor and her 4-year-old daughter walked by.

SEPT. 13

Burglary. A burglary was reported at Century Construction in the 800 block of Concord Street. A lockbox was missing, but compact discs inside that box for computer backups were recovered outside.

SEPT. 15

DWI. A 19-year-old South St. Paul man was arrested for speeding, DWI and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

SEPT. 16

Pornography. A 30-year-old South St. Paul man was arrested on several counts of possessing pornographic materials.

SEPT. 19

Drug activity. A 26-year-old Bayport man was arrested for possession of 25 grams or more of narcotics and furnishing liquor to a minor.

Harassment. A 27-year-old St. Cloud woman was arrested for stalking, violating a restraining order, making harassing phone calls and contempt of court.

SEPT. 20

Robbery. A 21-year-old Faribault man was arrested on two counts of aggravated robbery.

WEST ST. PAUL

SEPT 10

Burglary. Cash was stolen from an apartment in the 100 block of Thompson Avenue W.

SEPT 11

Burglary. An overnight burglary was reported at a restaurant in the 800 block of Smith Avenue S.

SEPT. 12

Property damage. A resident of the 2000 block of Delaware Avenue reported that a neighbor was cutting her plants and taking them to his deck.

SEPT 13

Theft. A 12,000-pound winch valued at $500 was stolen from Harbor Freight Tools at Signal Hills shopping center.

SEPT. 17

Assault. A 37-year-old West St. Paul man was arrested for domestic assault, assault with a dangerous weapon, burglary and disorderly conduct.

SEPT. 19

Fraud. A St. Paul man, 29, was arrested for theft by swindle, intent to exercise temporary control and receiving stolen property.

SEPT. 20

Traffic violations. A 31-year-old Maple Grove woman was arrested for passing a school bus when the flashing amber signals were displayed and failure to stop at stop signs at a highway entrance.
