Fraud. A 43-year-old Lakeville woman was arrested for theft by swindle and identity theft.

Criminal sexual conduct. A case of criminal sexual conduct was reported in the 14500 block of Biscayne Avenue.

Obstructing legal process. A 41-year-old Rosemount woman was arrested for interfering with a peace officer in the 14600 block of Delft Avenue W.

Indecent exposure. An adult was arrested for indecent exposure in the 3700 block of W. 150th Street.

Theft from vehicle. Items valued at more than $1,000 were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 3200 block of W. 147th Street.

Burglary. An 18-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for burglary, theft and giving a peace officer false identification.

Weapons violation. A 55-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for reckless handling of a firearm.

Property damage. A 20-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for domestic abuse, fleeing a peace officer and property damage in the 1100 block of County Road 42 W.

Drug activity. A 22-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for drug possession and fleeing a peace officer.

Theft. A 46-year-old Brooklyn Center man and a 45-year-old Eagan man were arrested for theft, possession of burglary tools, aiding an offender, possession of stolen property and property damage in 15500 block of Lac Lavon Drive.

Prostitution. A 29-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for prostitution and driving with a suspended license.

Theft. A man was reportedly seen stealing a metal guard rail near the intersection of Cedar Avenue and Nichols Road.

Shoplifting. A man was videotaped stealing a Dyson vacuum and bedding from the Wal-Mart, 1360 Town Centre Drive.

Theft from vehicle. A purse containing credit cards and a checkbook was stolen from a vehicle parked at Jensen Park, 4900 Pilot Knob Road, while the victim was walking around the lake.

Child endangerment. A 31-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for malicious punishment of a child.

Theft. A 37-year-old Coon Rapids man was arrested for theft, fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, speeding, driving with an invalid driver's license and giving a peace officer a false name.

Weapons violation. A 19-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of a prohibited weapon.

Weapons violation. A 24-year-old Woodbury man was arrested for possession of a prohibited weapon, disorderly conduct, criminal vehicular operation and fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle.
