Drug activity. A 30-year-old Eagan man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

DWI. A 19-year-old Lakeville man was arrested for DWI, driving with a revoked license and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Theft. An 18-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for theft, reckless driving and fleeing a peace officer.

Assault. A 29-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon and the sale of 10 grams or more of narcotics.

Domestic assault. A 22-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for domestic assault and false imprisonment.

Theft. Two boys were arrested for shoplifting at Kohl's, 1350 Town Centre Drive.

Theft. A 52-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for motor vehicle theft.

Theft. The theft of a DeWalt miter saw, a skill saw, a compressor and a Sawzall from a storage area in an underground garage was reported at Coachman Oaks Apartments, 3155 Coachman Road.

Theft from vehicle. The driver's side window was smashed and a purse was stolen from a vehicle at Cascade Bay, 1360 Civic Center Drive.

Assault. A 31-year-old Eagan man was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon.

Criminal sexual conduct. A 50-year-old Eagan man was arrested for criminal sexual conduct.

LAKEVILLE

JULY 18

DWI. A 23-year-old Prior Lake woman was arrested for DWI, driving with a revoked license, having no proof of insurance, having objects suspended between the driver and windshield, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

JULY 13

Burglary. A 19-year-old Farmington man and a 21-year-old Apple Valley man, along with a 16-year-old Rosemount boy and a 16-year-old Inver Grove Heights boy, were arrested for burglary, criminal property damage, financial transaction fraud, receiving stolen property and theft near the intersection of Dalton Lane and Shannon Parkway.

Criminal sexual conduct. A case of nonconsensual sexual conduct was reported in the 100 block of 156th Street W.

Drug activity. A 27-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 2900 block of 146th Street W.

SOUTH ST. PAUL

JUNE 29

Animal complaint. A dog being walked by its owner in the 700 block of Congress Street was bitten by another dog. The dog was treated for severe muscle bruising, but the bite did not puncture the skin. The attacking dog's owner was cited and the dog was placed in quarantine at home to make sure it doesn't have rabies, which is standard practice.

JULY 5

Firearms. A fisherman met police at the DNR boat launch to report that he had snagged a small-caliber handgun from the Mississippi River. Police believe that someone tried to cut it apart, and the serial number was worn away. The gun was turned over to the state crime lab for testing to see if it matches ballistic evidence from any reported shootings.

JULY 6

Assault. Police were called to Regions Hospital about a stabbing victim. In connection with the case, an officer obtained a search warrant for an apartment in the 2200 block of Southview Boulevard and seized some knives.

JULY 15

Theft. A 30-year-old Arden Hills man was arrested for theft, possession of burglary tools and fleeing a peace officer.

Assault. A 37-year-old Inver Grove Heights man was arrested for assault, disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice.

JULY 18

Disorderly conduct. A 51-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for disorderly conduct, stalking, making harassing phone calls and falsely reporting a crime.

WEST ST. PAUL

JULY 8

Theft. A Dodge Charger was stolen in the 1700 block of S. Robert Street.
