FEB. 9

Burglary. An attempted forced-entry burglary was reported in the 5700 block of W. Upper 147th Street.

FEB. 10

Shoplifting. The theft of items valued at less than $500 was reported at the Dollar Tree, W. 7350 153rd St.

BURNSVILLE

FEB. 15

Suspicious activity. A 46-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested in Burnsville for drug possession, aiding an offender and contempt of court for willful disobedience of a court mandate.

EAGAN

FEB. 12

Drunkenness. A 21-year-old man who was reported by his older brother to be drunk and assaulting his girlfriend was Tazed and arrested in the 1500 block of Woodview Avenue W. for drunkenness and domestic assault. The woman was also drunk, naked and unable to dress herself and was transported to detox.

FEB. 14

Drug activity. A 33-year-old St. Paul man was arrested in Eagan for possession of 3 grams or more of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

HASTINGS

FEB. 13

Assault. A 36-year-old Hastings man was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon.

LAKEVILLE

FEB. 5

Theft. A theft of items valued at more than $1,000 was reported in the 8000 block of 215th Street W.

ROSEMOUNT

FEB. 6

Drug activity. A juvenile was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 3300 block of W. 142nd Street.

FEB. 9

Suspicious activity. An arrest was made for disorderly conduct in the 14300 block of Cantata Av. W.

SOUTH ST. PAUL

FEB. 5

Fraud. A resident of the 800 block of 16th Avenue N. received a mail notice that a Target Visa credit card was issued fraudulently in her name. The card was opened in 2002 and had past charges of $666.81. After contacting customer service, the woman was found not liable for the charges.

Missing persons. Two adult patients staying at the Guild House, 318 N. 2nd St., were reported missing after they snuck out while employees were checking on other patients.

FEB. 6

Found property. A vehicle stolen in Cottage Grove was recovered in the 300 block of 1st Avenue S.

FEB. 7

Fraud. A resident of the 1500 block of Elrose Court received a fraudulent W-2 form in the mail. On the form, his first and middle names were mixed up and it was supposedly from a business that does not exist. The man attempted to contact the IRS and left a voice mail.

WEST ST. PAUL

FEB. 4

Suspicious activity. Three men were walking around a home in the 900 block of Bidwell Street and looking into the windows. They did not enter the home and left when a neighbor asked them what they were doing.

FEB. 6

Theft. A $1,500 laptop was stolen from Pawn America, S. 1399 Robert St., by a regular customer, according to the store.

FEB. 7

Theft. A FedEx delivery man was warned of a woman spotted on the 1000 block of Robert Street S. following his truck and stealing packages from the doorsteps after he left the house.

Theft. A man was arrested at Menards, 1445 S. Robert St., for theft.

Theft. Customers at AT&T, 1980 S. Robert St., stole an employee's iPhone from behind the counter.

FEB. 8

Theft. A vehicle was stolen from a parking lot in the 1200 block of S. Robert Street after the owner left it running and left the area.

Theft. A man and woman at Perkins, 1365 S. Robert St., ate and left without paying their $30 bill.
