EAGAN

JULY 28

Theft. Beer and sunglasses were stolen from a garage in the 4200 block of Braddock Trail.

Fraud. A caller at Eagan Cinema 16, 2055 Cliff Road, reported a "quick-change" scam.

Property damage. A window was broken in the 2200 block of Rocky Rapids Way.

JULY 29

Theft. Extension cable valued at $625 was stolen from a construction site at Duckwood Drive and Interstate 35E.

Theft. A GPS was stolen from a vehicle in the 3500 block of Widgeon Way.

Threats. An employee of Pizza Hut, 2135 Cliff Road, reported that a customer who had ordered a pizza called back and threatened to beat the employee up.

JULY 23

Theft. A theft was reported in the 8400 block of W. 206th Street.

Burglary. A burglary was reported in the 18100 block of Lamar Lane.

JULY 27

Theft. A bicycle was reported stolen in the 14700 block of Chili Avenue.

Theft. A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 14400 block of Bentley Way.

Burglary. A burglary was reported in the 14800 block of S. Robert Trail.

JULY 31

Fight. A fight was reported in the 2800 block of W. 145th Street.

Theft. A car was broken into and a wallet, with banking cards and checks, as well as school materials including a chemistry set, were stolen in the 100 block of E. Park Street.

Vandalism. Someone threw nails in the street and at the end of a driveway in the 200 block of W. Ash Street, two days in a row. The victim suspected a person with whom she'd been feuding.

JULY 21

Break in. An attempted burglary was reported at a church in the 400 block of S. Third Street. Nothing was taken, but every month or so somebody breaks in, and about $9,000 has turned up missing in the past six months from the church collections, officials told police. Church officials were advised on beefing up security.

JULY 19

Property damage. Somebody drove a vehicle into a garage in the 2200 block of Southview Boulevard, causing an estimated $5,000 in damage to the rental property. Tenants were home but nobody inside was injured.

JULY 21

Theft. Hockey equipment was stolen from a vehicle parked in an apartment complex in 300 block of Marie Avenue.

JULY 22

Theft. Equipment was stolen from A to Z Rental, in the 1600 block of Livingston Avenue.
