Obstructing the legal process. A Burnsville man, 18, was arrested for trespassing, fleeing an officer and providing false information to police near the intersection of County Road 5 and Williams Drive.

Drug activity. A Burnsville man, 21, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and no proof of insurance near the intersection of the intersection of W. 136th Street and County Road 5.

Theft. A Lakeville woman, 18, was arrested for theft and possession of marijuana at Wal-Mart, 12200 River Ridge Blvd.

DWI. A 27-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI, disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process on the 1100 block of Crystal Lake Road E.

DWI. A 28-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Cliff Road E. and Kennelly Road.

Disorderly conduct. A 29-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for disorderly conduct and contempt of court on the 1000 block of County Road 42 W.

Order for protection violation. A 36-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for violating an order for protection and fleeing a police officer on the 12900 block of Aldrich Avenue S.

DWI. A 52-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of 1st Avenue and Knoll Circle W.

Theft from motor vehicle. A miter saw, valued at $700, was stolen from a work vehicle on the 2000 block of Carnelian Lane.

Motor vehicle theft. A black 1998 Chevrolet pickup with a Western snowplow was reported stolen at Walstad Automotive, 2105 Cliff Road.

Order for protection violation. A man was arrested for violating and order for protection and a warrant near the intersection of Blackhawk Road and Blue Cross Road.

Assault. A man was arrested for assault at the Lexington Hill Apartments, 4130 Lexington Avenue.

AUGUST 1

Burglary. A computer, keyboard, medications, a TV, five bottles of liquor and 10 blu-ray DVDs were reported stolen on the 1700 block of Hickory Hill Drive.

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test near the intersection of Diffley Road and Lexington Avenue.
