Disorderly conduct. A 16-year-old Rosemount boy and a 17-year-old Farmington boy were arrested for disorderly conduct at Rosemount High School, 3335 W. 142nd Street.

DWI. A 42-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for driving without headlights after dark near the intersection of W. 145th Street and Chili Avenue.

DWI. A 28-year-old Rosemount woman was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for driving without headlights after dark near the intersection of W. 160th Street and Robert Trail S.
Theft. A 39-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for tampering with a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, driving with a revoked license, possession of marijuana and displaying license plates from another vehicle after a traffic stop for speeding near the intersection of I-35E and Hwy. 30.

Drug activity. A 19-year-old Hammond, Wis. man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on the 14300 block of Robert Trail.
DWI. A 26-year-old Mendota Heights woman was arrested for DWI and careless driving after a traffic stop for failure to drive in a single lane and failure to signal a turn near the intersection of W. 147th Street and Covington Avenue.
Drug activity. A 17-year-old Eagan boy was arrested for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and underage tobacco use at Rosemount High School, 3335 W. 142nd Street.
