BURNSVILLE

MAY 21

DWI. A 37-year-old Cottage Grove man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Burnsville Parkway W. and Sunset Lake Drive.

MAY 24

Theft. A 24-year-old Owatonna, Minn., man was arrested for theft and possession of marijuana at Wal-Mart, 12200 River Ridge Boulevard.

MAY 25

DWI. A 24-year-old Bloomington woman was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Aldrich Avenue S. and McAndrews Road W.

Theft. A 39-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for theft. possession of hypodermic needles and selling marijuana on the 800 block of County Road 42 W.

DWI. A 53-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of W. 158th Street and Buck Hill Road.

EAGAN

MAY 27

Domestic assault. A man was arrested for domestic assault, a Department of Corrections warrant and criminal property damage on the 4700 block of Grenada Point.

MAY 28

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Hwy. 13 and I-494.

MAY 29

DWI. A woman was arrested for DWI and child endangerment after she rear-ended another car at the Lone Oak Market, 1286 Lone Oak Road, while her two children were in the car. The woman's blood alcohol content was 0.25.

MAY 31

Theft. A man was arrested for theft and an Olmsted County warrant at Solstice, 3925 Eagan Outlets Parkway.

JUNE 1

Theft from motor vehicle. One hundred gallons of fuel were reported stolen from a truck at a business on the 900 block of Lone Oak Road.

MAY 22

Order for protection violation. An adult was arrested for violating an order for protection on the 17500 block of Kodiak Avenue.

MAY 23

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Hwy. 52 and Southview Boulevard.

MAY 24

Disturbing the peace. An adult was arrested for stalking on the 11100 block of W. 204th Street.

MAY 25

Burglary. An adult was arrested for burglary on the 17500 block of Five Oaks Drive.

ROSEMOUNT

MAY 21

Disorderly conduct. A 26-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 15100 block of December Trail.

Assault. A 17-year-old Apple Valley boy was arrested for assault at Rosemont High School, 3335 W. 142nd Street.

Disorderly conduct. A 15-year-old Rosemount girl was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 15400 block of Shannon Parkway.

Criminal property damage. A 17-year-old Rosemount boy was arrested for criminal property damage and a probation violation on the 15100 block of December Trail.

MAY 22

Burglary. A 63-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for burglary and disorderly conduct on the 3700 block of W. 145th Street.

MAY 24

DWI. A 30-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test after a traffic stop for failure to drive in a single lane near the intersection of W. 150th Street and Canada Avenue.
