Disorderly conduct. A Burnsville man, 26, was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 12700 block of Nicollet Avenue S.

DWI. A Savage woman, 57, was arrested for DWI on the 2900 block of W. Hwy. 13.

DWI. A woman was arrested for DWI after being involved in hit-and-run property damage accidents near the intersection of Cliff Lake Road and Rahncliff Road.

Obstructing the legal process. A man was arrested for obstructing the legal process with force on the 4700 block of White Oak Court.
Disorderly conduct. A man and woman were charged with disorderly conduct after they were found naked in a neighbor's hot tub after being witnessed having sex on the 1800 block of Deer Hills Trail. They were charged and returned home several houses down the road.

JAN. 31
Drug activity. An adult was arrested for possession of marijuana near the intersection of W. 205th Street and Holyoke Avenue.
Drug activity. A juvenile was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia on the 7700 block of Upper 167th Street W.

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI near the intersection of W. 162nd Street and Buck Hill Road.
Drug activity. An adult was arrested for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle near the intersection of W. 210th Street and Kenrick Avenue.
DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI near the intersection of W. 205th Street and Judicial Road.

Drug activity. A 19-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia near the intersection of 140th Circle and Robert Trail S.
Drug activity. An Eagan man, 18, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia near the intersections of W. 145th Street and Davenport Avenue.

Drug activity. A 16-year-old Apple Valley boy was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at Rosemount High School, 3335 W. 142nd St.

Drug activity. A 31-year-old Hastings man was arrested for possession of marijuana near the intersection of W. 145th Street and Bloomfield Path.
Disorderly conduct. Two 16-year-old Apple Valley boys were arrested for disorderly conduct at Rosemount High School, 3335 W. 142nd St.

DWI. A 35-year-old Hastings man was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia near the intersection of Clayton Avenue and Courthouse Boulevard.
FEB. 7
Underage alcohol consumption. A Rosemount woman, 18, a Rosemount man, 18, two 16-year-old Rosemount boys and a 17-year-old Rosemount girl were arrested for underage alcohol consumption; a 17-year-old Rosemount girl was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, and a 16-year-old Rosemount girl was arrested for marijuana and drug paraphernalia and underage alcohol consumption near the intersection of Camfield Circle and W. 150th Street.
