The Dakota County Sheriff's Office has identified the victim of a two-vehicle crash that occurred Thursday afternoon on County Road 46 at the ramp to southbound Hwy. 52.
Wanda Narum, 87, of Vadnais Heights, died when her westbound vehicle collided with a gravel truck that was headed east on County Road 46 as she tried to enter the ramp.
The Minnesota State Patrol and the Sheriff's Office continue to investigate.
