D'Amico Catering's latest project opens Tuesday when the Minnesota History Center's new Market House welcomes its first customers.

The cafe, which is located near the museum's front entrance, replaces the old Cafe Minnesota. Market House, open from morning to early evening every day but Monday, offers a menu of sandwiches, salads and flatbreads, among other things, as well as themed items based on the rotating exhibits. The current "Hall of Fame burger," for instance, is a nod to the exhibit Gridiron Glory: The Best of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, which opens Saturday.

"Market House by D'Amico pays tribute to our Minnesota and community roots by offering fresh, authentic and heathy cuisine sourced from our favorite local and organic purveyors," Larry D'Amico, the co-owner of D'Amico & Partners said in a statement.

D'Amico Catering is part of the D'Amico & Partners restaurant family; the latter also owns and operates several restaurants in Minnesota including D'Amico & Sons, Cafe Lurcat and Bar Lurcat and Campiello.
