Crystal police say vulnerable adult has been located, is safe

Crystal police said Tuesday afternoon that the search for a missing vulnerable adult has ended with him being located and safe.

Before his return, Leo Charles Bowles, 54, was last seen late Saturday morning in the area of Bass Lake in Crystal and was possibly heading toward the Wal-Mart in Brooklyn Center, police said.

He resides at a group home off Bass Lake Road in Crystal.
