Southbound I-35E closed in St. Paul after one dies in crash

The State Patrol was investigating a fatal crash in St. Paul late Tuesday night.

The incident near Grand Avenue shut down southbound 35E at Interstate 94. Officials were advising drivers to find alternative routes.
