A story on D1 Jan. 4 incorrectly described Kevin L. Smith's role at MinuteClinic. He helped to develop QuickMedx, which became MinuteClinic in December 2002.

A story on D1 Wednesday should have said a planned 40-story condo project in Minneapolis will be the city's third major condo project since the recession.
