A column on Page SH2 last Sunday misstated the size of a Minnesota-based study on heart disease among veteran marathoners. The number of runners who participated is 50. The column also should have said that the journal which published the study, Missouri Medicine, put it through the normal peer-review process before accepting it for publication.
