Consumer protection agency wants to hear your student loan troubles

The new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau began accepting complaints about federally backed and private student loans.

The new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is now accepting complaints about both federal and private student loans.

"While we certainly can't make your debt disappear," the agency says, "we can help bring your concern to your financial institution's attention."
