Congestion is causing delays on northbound Hwy. 169 from Old Shakopee Road to Hwy. 7. It's a 20 minute drive.

The carpool lane remains blocked on northbound 35W at 76th Street in Bloomingon.

A wreck is blocking the right shoulder on 35E at Maryland Avenue in St. Paul.
