Cold Charges into Northwest

Through eastern Oregon and into the Snake River Valley of Idaho temperaturescrossed the 80-degree mark Tuesday, and the warmth will continue another day.Much colder air is on the move out of western Canada though, and by Thursday,it will be very noticeable throughout the entire Northwest.

The residents of Boise, Idaho, enjoyed temperatures in the 80s Tuesdayafternoon. Thursday and Friday, it will do no better than the 50s in thatlocation.
