Cold and Snow for Some in the West

A shot of cold, damp air will reach the Pacific Northwest Monday. From here,it will invade much of the Intermountain West Tuesday through Wednesday. Duringthis time, rain and snow will fall in an area spanning Idaho, eastern Oregon,central and western Montana, western Wyoming, northern Nevada and northernUtah.Cities likely to have snow between late Tuesday and early Thursday will beGreat Falls, Montana, and Salt Lake City, Utah.

For long-distance travelers, snow will weigh upon driving conditions overpasses along I-15, I-80 and I-90, to name a few.
