Chris Colabello will rejoin the Twins on Friday, a person with knowledge of the move said, completing the six-player roster transaction the team made as it broke for the All-Star break last weekend.

Colabello, who went 1-for-3 with a double in Wednesday's Class AAA All-Star Game, joins shortstop Doug Bernier and catcher Chris Herrmann in Minnesota. They replace infielder Eduardo Escobar and outfielders Chris Parmelee and Oswaldo Arcia, who were optioned to Class AAA Rochester on Sunday.

Colabello leads the International League with a .354 batting average and 75 RBI and is one off the home run lead with 24 in 85 games for the Red Wings. He went 2-for-16 in two previous stints with the Twins.

In addition to all the new players from the Twins, the Red Wings added a pitcher from Class AA New Britain. Lefthanded reliever Edgar Ibarra has been promoted after posting a 1.91 ERA in 31 games with the Rock Cats.

Ibarra replaces Vance Worley, who was placed on the seven-day disabled list because of soreness in his pitching shoulder.
