The headline on Italian Vogue's story about Elisabetta Canalis -- a.k.a. George Clooney's girlfriend -- means "They do not pardon me of being happy," according to Yahoo's translator.

So let's go to the Us magazine story about Vogue's piece, which seems more reliably translated. "There are some people who just don't want to see me happy," Canalis, the 31-year-old model/actress, apparently told Vogue.

Canalis and Clooney have been dating for almost a year, and the Italian stunner reveals: "I sometimes feel insecure, but if you are loved then you always feel great. [George] reassures me all the time. He is very close. I feel more embraced than ever before."

She goes on to tell Vogue: "George has given color back to my life. I feel great -- it's as if I am 18 years old again!" Read the full piece at: www.usmagazine.com/healthylifestyle/news/george-clooneys-girlfriend-breaks-silence-about-their-romance-201038

Vogue apparently didn't ask her THE question on everyone's mind: What's it like to date the world's most famous serial monogamist? And is she getting nervous at all as they approach the year mark, when many of Clooney's relationships seem to fall apart?
